Hi All

Since the upgrade to ND6 (both server and client), some users are having problem compacting their mail database. The error logged in the log file is

26/11/2002 10:30:13 AM Compacting mail\mname.nsf (My Name)
26/11/2002 10:30:13 AM Error compacting mail\mname.nsf: Database is currently in use by you or another user
26/11/2002 10:30:14 AM Database compactor process shutdown

We have checked that the mail db is not being used by anyone, restarted the server, refreshed the design, replaced the design - but to no avail. Any ideas any one?
